Are you an experienced and passionate leader ready to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our beautifully renovated children’s home and drive outstanding care.

Our home has recently undergone a stunning full renovation designed to create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment. We are committed to providing therapeutic, child-centred care where children can flourish and staff can thrive.

• Experienced leader within residential childcare

• Skilled in building strong, supportive teams

• Passionate about improving outcomes for children

• Able to meet Ofsted requirements for Registered Managers

• Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
