At Legacy Estate Homes, we’re passionate about creating the very best outcomes for our young people – and we believe that starts with the people who support them. That’s why we invest just as much in the growth and development of our staff as we do in the young people we care for.
Our in-house bespoke development programme supports both Support Workers, Registered Managers and those who wish to have a career growth path, to be able to take the next as we continue to expand.
